The best. I have been a patient here for a couple years, and I always have been treated well. The procedures are quick, painless, and fairly priced. Any practice will take advantage of benefits, this is nothing new, regardless of where you go, so ignore other reviews calling this place a scam. When I did have to pay out of pocket, the price was fair and what I expected. I have done cleanings, fillings, and X-rays at this clinic, all leaving me happy with the service provided. Garth and Ben are fantastic, you can tell they really know what they are doing. Thanks again, see you next time!

Most people don't like going to the dentist but the staff at Sheppard Village Dental create such a positive experience for their clients, you can't help but have a pleasant time! From reception to the hygienist to the dentist, every single person I had the pleasure of interacting with have been nothing but helpful and kind (and funny). I haven't been to the dentist in years and I knew I needed some work done but I had budget constraints. Their team was very understanding, creating an outline for me on what to prioritize and even offered payment plans for the services I had to pay out of pocket. Mel was my hygienist and she was amazing, very transparent and informative. She was in high spirits at 7am on a Saturday when the weather was -25 degrees! She made light hearted conversation and finished my cleaning painlessly and faster than I expected. Dr. Madhosh was my dentist and he was amazing too! He was very delicate and thorough, always making sure I was never in pain or discomfort. Any feelings of intimidation I had went right out the window as he cracked a couple jokes, I felt very comfortable and not judged for avoiding the dentist in previous years. Thank you Sheppard Village Dental for making my trips to the dentist the most enjoyable experience, I look forward to continuing my dental journey with you!

My experience with Sheppard Village Dental was by far the best ever experience that I have encountered being at a dental office. They are so experienced and down to earth. They made me feel so comfortable from when I arrived. Jennifer informed me of all that was going to be done. I got my x-rays done followed by a cleaning by Rochelle. To the point during the cleaning, I was falling asleep at times. That is how relaxed I was. I was also introduced to staff members along with the Doctor who was so down to earth. Had me laughing up a storm. I got referred to this place through my colleagues and I would say it was the best decision I made with choosing a Dental office. Great place to be for your dental needs.
