We’ve Missed you.
COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES
Health is a priority for everyone, and even more so right now. At Sheppard Village Dental we are committed to providing you with all of your oral health needs and supporting the maintenance of your overall well-being.
Our goal and standards are to provide a safe environment for our patients. Our standards for sterilization, asepsis and cleaning of our office have always been in place and will continue to exceed these standards.
When you call to schedule your visit to the office you will be screened over the phone with the following questions: Have you travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days? Have you been in contact or cared for anyone that is COVID-19 positive? And, have you experienced any flu-like symptoms within the last 14 days? Once your appointment is scheduled, we ask that, should any of the answers to these questions change, that you give us a call immediately.
On the day of your appointment, we must maintain social distancing guidelines, so please come to your appointment alone (unless you are a minor and or you need assistance). When you arrive in our parking lot, we ask that you call us to let us know you have arrived, at which time we will let you know when you can come upstairs for your appointment. Once upstairs you will be greeted by one of our friendly team members. Your items will be bagged and you will be asked to sanitize or wash your hands. You will again be asked COVID-19 screening questions and your temperature will be taken by a touchless digital thermometer. Once this is all complete, you will be welcomed in for your dental experience.
Please note that masks are mandatory and must be worn by all patients (except during the dental procedure) and our team AT ALL TIMES.
Health and Safety guidelines do not permit outside food or beverages and we cannot provide any drinks to our guests (including water). Please do not bring any unnecessary personal items to your appointment, we will “bag” all items and they will remain in your possession, but you must not access these items during your appointment.
Your health and safety is our top priority and we look forward to seeing and serving you again!
